This contract is a deposit agreement in owning a puppy from
GoldenBear Kennel.
By signing below you have agreed to the following:
A deposit of $500.00 will hold a puppy from Goldenbear Kennel.
Please make check payable to Anne Blanchette.
Deposit is refundable up until puppy is 2 weeks old.
Balance due on the day you pick up your puppy.
If you can no longer keep your puppy/dog you will agree to return said puppy/dog to breeder with all related papers. Breeder will find a suitable home for your pet. No refunds and or payment will be given.
