Warranty
Your new puppy will be guaranteed for 72 hours from date of purchase. Please have your puppy checked by a licensed vet during this time. If any medical problem are found with your puppy, you may return your puppy for Price of puppy minus deposit. Breeder is not liable for any incurred expense during this time. If you can no longer care for your dog at any time during your ownership then you will agree to return your dog to breeder with all related papers (AKC registration, vet records, puppy packet papers). No refunds allowed.
Breeder will find a suitable home for your pet.
Spay/Neutered contract
Puppy born on ________ shall be spayed or neutered no earlier than 18 months and no later than 24 months for males and no earlier than 1 heat cycle for females.
I ___________________ the new owner of said puppy agree to spay or neuter my puppy by the above age. I agree to send Anne Blanchette a vet certificate confirming spay or neutering within one month after the surgery. Your puppy's AKC papers will then be sent to you.
